I clipped a coupon from the newspaper a couple of weeks back that had a recipe for a casserole. Since it is cooler now, I can now use the oven to cook and bake some foods that I have not been able to as of yet and for the first time in a long time. The effort (if you can call it that) was well worth it. The casserole turned out very good and tasty and it is enough to give me a nutritious and healthy meal for three dinners.
