Moises Alou, veteran major league baseball outfielder of many years, unworthy scion of the Alou family baseball heritage, and self-admitted regular urinator on his own hands, has further disgraced himself with his extremely belated admission that the foul ball that he failed to catch in game six of the 2003 NLCS in the eighth inning against the eventual world champion Florida Marlins was one he never really could have caught. Since that instance, the wrath of Chicagoans and fans of the Cubs across the planet has been squarely placed on Steve Bartman, a fan in the stands who caught the foul ball and has been subjected to an unimaginable rain of terror on all levels by all those looking for a scapegoat for the failure of the Cubs to get to the World Series for a century now. Any objective observer could see the ball was uncatchable by Alou, a mediocre fielder at best. Years of blame by Alou towards Bartman is nothing short of being petty, immature, selfish, and stupid. If Bartman can find a way to sue Alou for all the damage and humiliation he and his family has suffered, I hope he is successful. Egotistical, foolish, mindless, immature, greedy professional athletes are not immune from liability for their actions and statements any more than any other individual is. Alou is an embarassment, disgusting and a player worthy of being intensively loathed for all eternity. He is the epitome of a dirtbag and a zero.
