This is just another reason why the US economy is having issues, troubles, and problems. To have that amount of money leaving the nation and not being spent in local communities to contribute to the local economies in the areas of jobs, taxes, charities, investments, and new business development is simply disappointing and then some. Legislation must be enacted to prevent some or all this money from leaving the nation without at least large fees and penalties.
