The decision of the CIGNA insurance corporation on this medical matter concerning this young girl is nothing short of murder, and since California allows the death penalty, this corporation should be legally executed in California and the value of the stock in the company in proportion to its value in California be taken from all stockholders and distributed to these victims as well as others.
